About me

As a director I have been driven to produce challenging and ambitious work. With a desire to ultimately make feature films that explore elevated genre and the complex motivations of human character.

I was born in Vilnius, Lithuania and immigrated to New Zealand in 1993.

I have had a passion for film making since I can remember and since completing film school in 2010, I have been lucky enough to work on over a dozen international productions including Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power; Ghost in the Shell; Predator: Badlands, and Star Wars: Episode IX – The Rise of Skywalker.

During my time in the studio system I have been involved in a wide spectrum of film making roles, from being on-set in the Camera and Lighting Departments to working off-set in Production, VFX, Costume and the Art Department. This has allowed me to experience film making first-hand from some of the top professionals working in the industry today.
